Daniella Bell, Associate Broker, Principal
Daniella is a seasoned Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Schmidt Commercial, celebrating 26 years with the company. Formally trained in commercial real estate, Daniella has completed CI 101, 102, and 103, as well as GRI III, reflecting her commitment to continuous professional development. With a rich background in leadership, Daniella served in various leadership roles within the company for 15 years. Before her leadership tenure, she was a CCIM candidate and an active member of the Commercial Board of Realtors, demonstrating her dedication to excellence in the field. Currently, Daniella is a member of the Commercial Alliance of Realtors West Michigan. She leverages her 20+ years of commercial real estate experience to serve her clients. Daniella’s extensive experience and deep knowledge of the commercial real estate market make her an invaluable resource for clients looking to navigate complex transactions and achieve their real estate goals. Primarily a listing agent representing sellers, she’s also assisted in commercial leases on both the landlord and tenant sides of the transaction, represented buyers and brought her hospitality degree & training into business consulting.
Kent Mueller, Principal
Kent Mueller serves West Michigan out of the Coldwell Banker Commercial Schmidt office in Traverse City. He brings over 15 years of commercial real estate experience to every assignment. Kent’s experience includes directing the research function of a large, independent commercial real estate firm. He also worked as an investment sales broker with Marcus & Millichap where he was a member of the Office & Industrial Properties Division and was designated a “Top Ten” broker in a 60+ broker office. Previously, Kent had a successful career in Mergers & Acquisitions at multiple Fortune 500 and mid sized companies. He directed multiple acquisiitions including Brunswick’s $310 million purchase of Life Fitness. Mueller received his Masters in Business Administration from Stanford University and his Bachelor’s of Arts for Economics from the University of Michigan.
